    Folks, I left a small amount of information about what Lowe’s done to me, but I think I need to tell you the whole story. On 04/30/18, I went to the Lowe’s located at 6651 Dixie Hwy., Louisville, Ky. and placed an order for some lumber, The order was for (6) 2x12x20 and (1) 2x10x20, this was considered a special order which was fine. I was told after paying for the order that my order would be delivered on 05/14/18, I was fine with that. On 05/14/18, I went to Lowe’s to pick up my items, and was told that the order was there, but that it hadn’t been logged in yet and that I couldn’t get it until it was, I said OK, and asked when it would be done, and she asked me if I could return on 05/15/18 to pick it up? I said that was OK, and left. I decided to call this time due to amount of time it takes me to get to the Lowe’s in Louisville and the distance I have to travel, after calling on the evening of the 15th, I was told by the young lady that My order has indeed been checked in and was awaiting my arrival, I informed the lady that I would be there on the 16th and she stated that was fine. On 05/16/18, I went to pick up my order and was told that the guys would bring it out to me in just a few minutes, however I waited for approximately 30 minutes and then went back in to see where my order was, and David, the man at the desk said that he would go check on it for me. David came back and told me that the guys were getting ready to get my order then. I waited another 30 minutes outside and still didn’t receive my order, so I went back inside and again asked David about my order, and he again stated that he would again check on it. About 10 minutes later, David came outside, after my waiting for over an hour, to where I was, and told me that he had some bad news. David said that They didn’t have my order, that it apparently hadn’t been placed with the lumber company (southeast lumber) David contacted the company while I was there and asked me if I wanted them to place the order again and that it would be delivered to his store on Monday the 21st of May, this was after already waiting two weeks for the original order. I informed him that I needed the lumber, so yes, place the order. I asked to talk to the manager twice so far, and my request had been ignored or just not heard by David, so after my waiting for over an hour and driving almost 50 miles one way, all they could do for me was say I’m sorry!! I again did not get the opportunity to talk with the manager or someone in charge, nor did they try to satisfy my problem by offering me a discount or have the lumber delivered to my home. I will however talk to someone within the next couple of days, because after going through all this, it is definitely not over!! I rated Lowe’s a (1) because of the efforts to satisfy a good customer of several years!!!

    Wanted to fill out the survey for Lowes. To many sites that take you away from filling out the survey. I wanted to commend Shelby for her customer service in Lees Summit. She is truly an exceptional young lady. You all need a simple survey site without all the extra mazes to go through.
